Yes. CCM Finance now reports to Experian and Equifax every thirty days. Our agreement with Equifax ensures all payment activity is reported. We report on time payments, late payments over 30 days and all information related to the closing of an account (due to repossession, payoff, etc.)

You must choose to get your vehicle serviced/fixed at one of our preferred mechanic shops in our network
You must be current on your loan payments.

If you have signed up for Collateral Protection Insurance with CCM Finance and need to submit an accident related claim, please click here and fill out our online form with your incident information. The estimated processing time will be 10-14 business days. The more information you provide on the CPI Claim form, the faster service you will get.

If your vehicle has been repossessed, please be sure to call CCM Finance at (800) 619-3986 option 4, to discuss reinstatement eligibility and to schedule an appointment to pick up any personal belongings. Please have the keys to the vehicle to retrieve personal belongings.
Your vehicle will be stored at one of our impound locations for 72 hours. After this time, the vehicle may be transported to another impound location, including a location outside of the city, State the vehicle was repossessed.

Keeping your account details current is essential, as we may need to reach you by phone, mail, or email with important updates about your CCM Finance auto loan account or vehicle. If your physical address, phone number, or email has changed, please call us at (800) 619-3986.
In the event of a name change, we will need you to please email us copies of your legal documents (such as marriage certification, divorce decree, etc.) at customerservice@ccmfinance.com. This includes for the primary accountholder, co-signer, co-buyer, or co-borrower. Be sure to include your vehicle’s VIN and the name currently on the account with your emailed documents.
We understand that you may need a spouse, child, parent, or another individual to communicate with us about your account. Please see the section below, “How can I request a copy of essential documents?” for instructions on requesting a third-party authorization form. If we have any questions about the person you’ve authorized to discuss your account or need additional information, we may reach out to you directly regarding your request.
